BULLETIN: Amendment 6 to the Act and Regulations was approved by Transport Canada  on Feb 20, 2008. Updates to our handbooks, Act and Regulation binders and courses are currently being done.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods 

 

Companies involved in Offering for Transport, Handling or Transporting dangerous goods are required to comply with the federal Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act. These programs follow the new Clear Language regulation which was updated in 2003.

TDG – Clear Language Edition (TDG – 01)

This program is for companies who ship or receive dangerous goods and need to understand the basics of the TDG legislation and what their responsibilities are.

TDG – Service Truck (TDG – 02)

For businesses carrying small amounts of dangerous goods in their service trucks this course targets the issues that face these companies.

TDG – Propane Specific (PTI 100 - 03)

Learn the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations for all aspects of handling, offering for transport, and transporting propane.

IATA (IATA– 01)

For companies who ship dangerous goods by air this program outlines the guidelines set out by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
