As you may be aware, FSN has postponed all public training and services due to the seriousness of the COVID-19 crisis. While we have rescheduled many training sessions to a later date, we have been working hard to establish solutions for our essential service customers who require training immediately.
Whether you are a propane supplier, a retail centre, or a construction company, FSN has developed a method to train the people needed to perform their jobs safely. This method has been created to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure the well-being of our customers, staff and the general public.
VIRTUAL THEORY TRAINING
The theory portion of our training can now be done virtually. That is, we can provide live two-way training to you over the internet. All you need to have is a computer with internet access with a webcam and microphone. Most laptops have these built in, or if using a desktop, a webcam and microphone can be easily installed. Should you choose to use this method we can provide you detailed guidelines on how to get set up properly and safely.
ON-SITE PRACTICAL HANDS-ON
At the time of booking the theory portion of the training session, FSN will also book a date and time to perform any required or optional hands-on component. This will be done in person and with each student individually. While doing this, several safety precautions will be taken to minimize any risks associated with COVID-19. These precautions are outlined in the guidelines mentioned above.
